How big are the pitches?

Our pitches have an average surface area of between 80 and 150 m². They are designed to accommodate up to 5 people + 1 vehicle. They all have a 15 amp electrical connection (extra €3 per day) and a water connection.

Are barbecues allowed on the pitches?

Charcoal barbecues are loaned to all holidaymakers for a €20 deposit.

Are fridges available to rent for use on the pitches?

No.

How many sanitary installations are on the campsite?

There is 1 sanitary block at your disposal: disabled toilets, children’s toilets, etc.

Can I choose my pitch?

At the time of booking, you can submit your preferences. We try our best to meet your request depending on our schedule and availability but we cannot guarantee that your wishes will be met.

Is bedding provided in mobile homes?

There are pillows, duvets and mattress protectors for all holidaymakers. However, bed linen is extra in the other rentals at €7 single set and €9 double set.

Are the kitchens of the holiday rentals equipped?

There are hot plates, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and crockery available, for the number of people staying in the mobile home; you will find an equipment inventory for each holiday rental.

Do the holiday rentals have facilities for babies?

No, but you can rent a baby kit (cot + high chair) from reception for €6 per day.

Are the holiday rentals air-conditioned?

No, the temperature is mild in summer, so the accommodation does not have air conditioning.

Is cleaning included in the price?

No, but if you don’t want to do the cleaning yourself, you can choose the cleaning package at the end of your stay for €7.

Do mobile homes have Wi-Fi access?

The Wi-Fi network is available throughout the campsite. You can pick it up from your rentals if you decide to subscribe to a package at an extra charge (prices are available at the reception desk).

Can a tent be placed on the pitch of a rental?

Yes.

How often does the entertainment take place?

We do not offer daytime entertainment. You can nevertheless take advantage of our facilities to have fun (game field, ping-pong tables, inflatables, etc.)

Are pets allowed at the campsite?

Animals weighing less than 5 kg are accepted on the campsite.

Does the campsite provide sports equipment?

Meet us at the reception desk where we will lend you rackets, petanque balls, balls and even fishing rods.

Does the campsite have a laundry room?

We have a laundry room with washing machines and a dryer. You can get tokens at the campsite reception desk.

Is there a children’s club?

No, our campsite does not have a children’s club but we have set up a large playground with slides and inflatable structures for them to have fun.

Are there any shops on the campsite?

There is a snack bar and a grocery store where you can buy your fresh bread and some convenience goods, on site.

What time does the snack bar open? Do you offer takeaway meals?

The snack bar is open from 11am to midnight in season. You will be able to order takeaway dishes such as: pizzas, hamburgers, paninis, pancakes, etc.

What payment methods do you accept at the snack bar?

We accept cash and credit cards.

Do I have to pay a deposit for the holiday rental?

Yes, a deposit of €250 will be required upon your arrival.

What payment methods are possible?

You can pay for your stay at Le Grand Paris campsite in cash or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

When do I have to pay the balance of my stay?

The balance of the stay is payable 30 days before your arrival.

Is the campsite VACAF approved?

No.

From what time can we take possession of the holiday rental or pitch?

Arrivals for holiday rentals are from 3pm and departure before 10:30am. For the late arrivals, there are lock boxes for you at the entrance of the campsite. Using your personal code you can pick up your keys and enjoy your holiday rental at all hours of the night.

What are the reception opening hours?

Reception is open:
Low season: from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm
High season: from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 8pm

How can I cancel my reservation?

Remember to take out cancellation insurance.
